UNDER $17 Filled with tropical flavors, this is one of the most flavorful wines I have tried to date.

Where to buy:

Wine.com $17! Check your shipping state for availability & price changes. Shipping costs is about $15.95 for one bottle.

CWSpirits.com unfortunately doesn’t have this gem. But they do have a great selection of other Sauv Blancs! I would give Isabel Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2020 a try, it’s $23. Use code SipEatRepeat for a 5% discount off any order! CWS.com is a great option if you are looking to ship to a state like MI. Or any other hard to ship to State, their shipping cost is about $16.10 for one bottle.

What I love about the wine

Allan Scott Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc gives you an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment you bring the glass of wine towards your mouth, you can start to smell the tropical fruits. I have been blogging a lot about white wines lately. I noticed I had a ton of red wines on my blog and not that many whites. So I started a chain letter with the request for white wines. Most of the ones I got were Sauv Blancs. After so many bottles of white wines back to back, some started to blend together. I was about to give them a break. And then, I opened up this bottle of Allan Scott and I was suddenly excited to try just one more Sauv Blanc.

It was like I was having a well balanced tropical fruit salad in my glass of wine. My biggest mistake was opening this bottle with too many friends over. We each only had a small sample of it and were left wanting more.

But how does it taste?

Allan Scott Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc , is bursting with tropical fruits. But don’t be fooled by it’s aromas, this is actually a pretty dry and acidic wine. I enjoyed notes of mango and kiwi and appreciated that I still got the traditional grapefruit and lime you can expect from a New Zealand Sauv Blanc.
